Someone who is French-speaking should register with SACSR and indicate that the team is joining. Click on this link for the details. www.softairclub.ch/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4214Swissknife, the guy who announced this event, said that anyone who is interested should indicate the intention to sign up. Maybe Jetsetter or Typhoon can do this. Di ako magaling mag-French eh ;D P.S. This gamesite, which I think is a military terrain like CEPTA, but much bigger, is more of a semi-urban (with concrete "bunkers" and "houses") surrounded by a forest area. Check out na lang ninyo 'yung mga pics dito (http://www.swisseliteforces.ch/index2.htm) and then maybe we can plan to go there as a group. One more thing -- I'm not so sure if by the time we go there, wala na'ng snow. Kung me snow, we'd better put on warm clothing under our BDUs saka magdala ng pagkain. And we should consider the matter of transportation -- 'ala akong snow tyres.

Sir Tunnel,

That's next Saturday na. We must finalize the list of those who will be coming para makapaghanda na (food, ammo, fuel and extra warm clothing included sa preparation). Siyempre, dapat me camera hehehe. Sayang naman kung wala tayong photos, di ba? Btw, Jets, can we secure the directions to Romont?
So far, we have 4 who have indicated their willingness to go -- Typhoon, Wax, Jet and myself. Meron pa ba? Just sound off if there's anyone else interested.
Here are some pics (taken from an airborne camera) of the site, para me idea kayo how they will conduct the games (http://www.softairclub.ch/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3493). Mukhang maraming takbuhan dito and dapat mabilis kang umilag. The castle-like structures are actually "bunkers", which I think are used by the Swiss army to practice assaults and semi-urban warfare. As you can see, it's in the middle of a forest so there's also the possibility of a woodland-type game.
P.S. I agree with Typhoon. Low-profile muna tayo and let's observe how they play. 'Di pa natin alam kung ano ang mga scenarios nila eh.

Cheers,
Raymond

Some more pics taken during a game at Romont last October. There were reportedly 65 players (madami-dami din). You can find the pics at the website of the Flash Troopers. www.flashtroopers.ch/photos/photos.htmClick on "Week-ends 2004-2003", then "Galerie Octobre".

Ok, it's official. Thanks to Jetsetter, it's confirmed that there's no age limit for players who would like to participate in the Romont event (see www.softairclub.ch/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4317 and www.softairclub.ch/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4214). Let's now do a headcount on who will be coming: CONFIRMED: 1. TunnelRat 2. Typhoon 3. Jetsetter 4. Wax AWAITING CONFIRMATION: 1. T&T (although Wax told me over the phone that he's coming) 2. DrSnow (talked to him yesterday) [glow=red,2,300] ATTENTION: TIGER CUBS
1. BlackFalcon 2. Thinman 3. Ron-J [/glow] [glow=green,2,300]Please secure your parents' consent before indicating your participation[/glow] [glow=red,2,300] TO EVERYONE[/glow] Please be aware that there are no FPS limits in this event, although AEG power will be identified by means of colored tags. Firing distance SHOULD be strictly observed (see www.softairclub.ch/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4300). In addition, PLEASE don't wear your BDUs while we are travelling. You can gear up at the gamesite. I don't want us to catch anyone's attention, particularly in public places like a gasoline station or a park, by going down as group of uniformed, foreign-looking guys (yeah, I know that four of you are already Swiss, pero you're still Pinoy-looking hehehe ;D ). Someone might be scared enough to call the police (everyone has a NATEL nowadays) and if we get flagged down and they find our AEGs in the trunk, then we could be in big trouble
