Hi Tino,
You can check out the flea market stalls at Plainpalais every Wednesday and Saturday morning. There are stalls that are usually located along the Avenue de Mail area (near the rue de l'Ecole de Medicine and rue Bergalonne). You can use this link to search for the streets I mentioned.
Most of the camouflage uniforms that they sell are second-hand (brand-new ones are in the CHF300+ price range), which is not bad for a start. Try to go for the woodland patterns (not the desert, or multicam or ACUPAT, the one used by Americans in Iraq).

I was reading that this online paintball store ships internationally and they have pretty competitive pricing. Have you guys tried this store before?
